Carolina Herrera Arielle Color block unclassified dresses

I am biased, but this is one of the most beautiful wedding gowns I've ever seen!  Carolina Herrera is a legend and her wedding gowns make for timeless classics.  This Arielle gown can be found here:

The strapless gown has a beautiful fold over the neckline and accentuates curves.  There is a beautiful menswear-inspired bow at the back. The gown is strapless silk faille and comes with a showstopping detachable train. I wore the train during the ceremony and took it off for the reception, resulting in two stunning looks. You can see the bow at the back both with and without the train. There is also a built in bustle at the bottom of the skirt so that you can tuck it in further during dancing. The fabric is absolutely divine. The length is perfect so that you get a slight peek of shoes when you're walking in it, but just reaches the floor. I'm 5'6 and wore 4 inch heels, so the dress was cut for a 5'10 length.

I really have to mention that I've worn a lot of gowns in my time, and this really one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever worn. It is tailored beautifully, yet I was able to sit, dance, eat and drink through the night without any pinching or discomfort!

I bought the gown from the flagship NYC Madison Avenue location.  The gown was custom made in NYC to my measurements, and I had three fittings thereafter with very slight alterations. There are cups stitched in (so that you can go bra-less) but these can be easily removed, although I will leave it for the buyer to do this as I do not want to tamper with the dress at all.  I paid for it in November 2016 but it was made in 2017 (and I got married in September 2017).  I've had the gown cleaned at Madame Paulette's in NYC. They are the best dry cleaners in the city and specialize in wedding gown cleaning: it's pristine.

The dress will come with two original Carolina Herrera garment bags (one for the gown, one for the train) and two Carolina Herrera hangers.
