I couldn’t believe how I looked every time i walked pass a mirror or my reflection in NYC or at my venue. I never like to talk about myself but I know that I looked absolutely stunning in this Carolina! I couldn’t believe it.
This lovely dress is being sold in Carolina Herrera stores NOW at $11,999 and is highly sought after due to its delicacy, elegance and style. The small parts of lace on it are handmade from Loire, France and is incredibly high end and expensive material. All hand sewn.
Description of the dress usage: I am a size 6/8 in Ann Taylor, or an 8/10 in brands that typically run small. If you fall between a street size 6 - 10, this dress can be worn by you. Due to the quality, alterations in it are very easy to either take in or let go! Also, due to rushing in the big day, my assistant forgot to drop the tail of the dress on the inside. In other words, outside of the top layer, the inside remained bustled the entire time and i never noticed until the wedding was over! Hence the lack of tulle and tail-fullness in the pictures. However, The dress is intact, as it originally is meant to be. :)
Wore it to the church > got dropped off in front of the iconic Plaza Hotel for pictures with my bridal party. My bridesmaids held my dress up in the air with every turn I took, hence the dress is in good clean condition. Then I went off to my venue where i wore the dress for another 3 hours before i switched into my second dress. I would say that I carefully wore it for a total of 5 hours.
I will note that there are a few normal tears on 3 different places in the tulle - but luckily it is on the inside of the dress and it cannot be seen. (When i walked inside my transportation, there was a mini nail sticking out of the edge of the seat and it tore one of the tulle layer a bit. Again, can’t be seen and easily fixed on your own or left alone
Length untouched. I am 5'6ft tall and wore 4inch heels. The dress length was perfect.
