Carolina Herrera Chic unclassified dresses

Carolina Herrera bridal gowns are pieces of art and this gown is for the artist in you. It comes from the epic 2010 collection, and was intended as an homage to femininity and romance, riffing off the impressionists-Claude Monet, Francois Boucher, and Vincent Van Gogh.

I bought this gown at Glamour Closet in Chicago, and planned to wear it for a vow renewal in Barcelona. Think red slashes of color in the bouquet and a backdrop of Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia. But when it came down to it, the crinoline and the weight of the dress are too much of a challenge to travel with.

The gown screams luxury and class from fabric through construction. It's design is museum quality and I originally intended to display this gown in my home, post ceremony. So now my loss is your gain.
