Justin Alexander Cocktail unclassified dresses

I purchased the dress new from Vera's bridal in Madison, WI. My husband and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary this year and I still haven't taken the dress out of its original preservation packaging from within my closet. I love this dress and I know someone else can too. I am petite (5 feet, 1 inch) and wore flats with the dress. It was comfortable with built in bodice and required no undergarments beyond panties. The belt and shoulder shrug came seperate and can be removed if preferred. We danced all night long. The train is gorgeous, but we bustled it for the dance floor.
